I’ve worked this way on many film projects, this time it took a degree of blind faith on the side of Team Tarja, (much appreciated!), and as ever it was a leap in the dark for myself!

So, where to start musically?, Well, so much of what I do is about moods and atmosphere and obviously Tarja’s more than willing to experiment with this album.

My work covers a lot of ground sonically so for ease of use I’ve categorised my material into 3 basic folders before sending it down the wires, these are Ambient, Rhythm and Keyboards.

The lines are often blurred but so far I gather most things have found a home somewhere!

Anyway, it’s good to see a few of familiar faces here on the blog, the irrepresable Slamm, that Swiss guy with the cello (Tillman!!!!), and my good friend Jim Dooley who I’ve now taught my entire Finnish vocabulary!

I’m looking forward to meeting the rest of the team sometime and can’t wait to hear the finished mixes!
