Happy Easter!
I hope you all are fine.
It seems that everybody else around me are preparing themselves for the Easter holidays by changing all the colours in their homes yellow 
Well… I found at least one photo I can share with you with some yellow too.
Myself I am totally concentrated in my American tour that is on its way. Rehearsing singing and doing sports every day. It feels great to start the shows again. I truly miss everybody in my band. Just yesterday I was chatting with “uncle Mike” and he told me how much he had been missing my music and me. It was SO nice to hear that. It makes me very emotional.
Just before my tour starts, I am travelling to LA to finish some stuff for my new album. I am going to write music with very nice people over there, so let’s see how everything goes with that.
It is very important that my fans in US, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela and finally Argentina will see me at my best. I am looking forward to be able to meet many of my loyal, trusted fans.

In the Czech Republic we have a tradition of Easter:
We celebrate Easter on Sunday and Monday after the first spring full moon. On Monday morning, boys go around with a rod woven out of willow branches to spank girls. They are rewarded with coloured eggs or ribbons. On our Easter day boys beat girls and women with things called a “pomlaska” – this whole process is called “vyslehani” or “koleda”. It’s something made out of willow wickers and it looks like a plait. Girls are beaten on the back part of their bodies, and then give coloured and decorated eggs to boys. When a boy comes to beat a girl after 12 p.m., the girl pours cold water over him and she doesn’t give any eggs to him.
=> It is said that after “pomlazce” woman / girl to the next year will be younger and more beautiful:D

Don’t forget your brazilian fans, Tarja. We were waiting anxious for new shows on your upcoming tour, but it seems Marcelo hasn’t been very nice on dealing with our promoters: he wants a lot of things no one can afford to set the concerts on. I’m very sad about it. You should come to Brazil this semester as you’ve promissed last year.

In your previous text, you mentioned, that this time you do everything, the way you pleased with it.
I think, you doing it, just right!
If I might ask you, pls. pay attention of the drums.
I had the feeling, after hearing your cd many times, that, the drums are almost in the same tune. I’ve asked a few friends of mine, what they thinking of, only the drums. 5 out of 6, said the same thing.
Also, let me say something about your clothing. I think, they are more for classical event, not for rock-metal.
I do understand, that this what you choose. I think it would be much better for you, if you would change it a little bit.
What you’ve done so far, it’s amazing!
I have all of you cd’s-I love you voice.
So I hope, what a send to you, it’s not hurting you.
All I can hope, that you might read this, and think about it.

At end of february,i lost my dad,and i wanted to tell you that last year was very hard to me.
I regret our last mets,not good by my fault,but unintentionnal,so i hope you don’t have a fake judgement about me,sincerly i didn’t want to annoy you.
Thank you so much for your affection with me when you came in my country while vip thing (i didn’t forget,never!!) and while the best of your show in Finland.
I always loved you,even after the horrible week end in Benelux,or the 2nd show in Zurich:i perfectly understand that sometimes,you want to see no ones.
Very sorry that i kept my heart closed,because some reasons and also coz i don’t have temperament of your “best audiance in the world”,when you told on past post about people who show their feelings for artists,blabla..

Right now I listen to Sleeping Sun… the new version to see how it is. I can’t understand why are you letting them to ruin your song. I cryed so many times listening to that song. It is our song. Your’s, mine, all the fans. Now I wanted to cry because it is horible. That thing which is singing, is destroing the song. Anyway, although I can not be pleased with theis idea, I like you, I like your voice and your music and ‘I walk alone’ was a new sign that your music is still alive. Hopefully I will catch you if and when you come back to the US. Sadly, the closest area you’ll be to me is the Chicago tour, but that’s during school and I could never get over there for a Friday concert during the school year, especially considering that my parent already agreed to the Nightwish concert on May 14th. They wouldn’t say yes anyway, with having to drive me into town that day. But again, hopefully I’ll be able to see you for the first time live in the near future

I’d like to say BIG THANKS for Your activity in Nightwish by all the time You’ve been there. You have really incredible, amazing voice and You are simply a DIAMOND. Nobody can replace You, never.
Nightwish was wonderful but only with You. With Your leaving this group lost all its magic, something special what was making it great band with perfect music. Songs which are create now are without this wonderful magic for me. I can’t feel this, what I feel listening to songs like e.g. Wish I had an angel, End of all hope, Nemo, Dead to the world or Sleeping Sun which was simply PERFECT for Your voice. Nothing can change it. Each album recorded with You is just… WOW. Your leaving was big shock for me. Nightwish has changed its style and despite the fact now it is good band, They will never be the same what They were with You. They can’t make me feel the same. Now You create on Your own, Your songs are also amazing, I support You with all my heart. You – on Your own and You with Nightwish. For me Nightiwish will always be You, Tuomas, Julius, Marco and Emppu. ALWAYS. I regret so much that I couldn’t be on ‘End of an Era’ but I watched this concert and I think it was really AMAZING. Your voice is special, precious one.
I wish You only a lot of sucesses and best wishes. Hope You’ll always succeed and Your voice will always sound like now, Your smile will shine and Your energy will never die.

Well i’m from México but Mexico City is sooooo far from my town, so i can’t go to the concert and i’m so sad about that, but i wish you the best, keep singing lovely as always and hope that you come more often so see you again, i always wanted a photo with you and to have the chance of talking and “shake our hands” =).

From what I read here you seem to be a very nice person – that’s why I decided to drop you a note (this is the first time I write to you).
Among others I love to listen to Nightwish and today I finally had some free time to find out more about the band and about you, so I surfed the net.
I am a teacher at the university and a tourguide in central and eastern Slovakia.
I just would like to let you know that you are always welcome here and if you would like to see the amazing underground world (caves) and gorgeous valeys with untouched nature, view from the peaks of tall mountains, medieval castles, etc. it would be an honour for me to show it to you. You can find a great inspiration in this peaceful and quite part of the world. I know you are extremelly busy person with very tight schedule, so chances you decide to come here are quite low, but people make choices for themselves, don’t they? Anyway, if you are ever in Slovakia, remember you have a friend here, too.

I saw somewhere on the inet that you will have a concert in Slovakia in Ziar nad Hronom on June 24, 2009. Is it really true??? I hope my plans to see your performance won’t be crossed by some duties and work responsibilities.
Well, when you are in Slovakia in June and you have a bit of free time, you can come to see our caves – gorgeous underground world created by water… Also the nature is so beautiful in May and June here. You are warmly welcome to come and visit Liptov at least for one day. It is not so far from Ziar nad Hronom (about 1 hr and 25 min drive by car through Banska Bystrica and Donovaly hill to Liptovsky Mikulas). I can be your tourguide in English here for free

Hello Tarja!
I know you have many fans and probably do not have enough time to answer them all … I also know that we are all equally important for you and you can not have preferences … but, well, I want to tell you a story about me:
Had finally convinced my mother to allow me to travel to Mexico City to see your show (May 16 )… this has always been my big dream, see you in person and hear your beautiful voice … I almost had the tickets in hand (live in northern Mexico), but something unexpected came up: I am expecting a baby. Do not get me wrong, a baby is a blessing, I know … but I have no partner, and I am still very young (21 years) and depends entirely on my parents … they support me … but I know they are not very conformity. My mom says my life will change and I know and am willing to accept, but I can not go as planned to see you and I am very sad. I have been depressed by this and other reasons and I know that is not good for my baby … that’s why I write to you, to apologize for my frustrated dream to meet you. Perhaps it is not good that I say this, but just wanted to share it with you because, I know that sounds strange, and although it can be weird, I feel a special affection for you … for many years that I still, despite your career, although I´m not belong to any club and I have never saw you in person, your voice and your music have inspired and helped me overcome many obstacles in my life … thanks for everything.
I wish you could answer this message, it’s everything I wanted.

No sè si ya te enteraste de un virus que està atacando a algunos paises, especialmente a Mèxico.
Como las cosas estàn para preocuparse y el virus se està extendiendo, espero que no vengas al concierto el 16, serà muy doloroso, pero seguro que todos van a entender, pues no te queremos expuesta al virus.
Mejor en otro lugar sana y salva y ya despuès habrà oportunidad de reponer el concierto.

Hello .I like your voice but when you be in your band nightwish your songs have something more, i understood your choice but you can;t back now to nightwish?Anette mock nightwish her voice is a screm child,Where is a songs thats like sleeping sun crownless you dont have good guitar player, Emppu,Marco ,Sami,julius,Tuomas this is your friends if you back to nightwish you will be more famous and you will be together with your good freinds,You non nightwish not be the same and nightwish is not the same now ,together you are the best band in world in my opinion,i love your songs and voice

Znate li koliko je tesko obratiti se Vama? Ne u smislu doci do Vas, nego, upotrebiti prave reci. Cak i dok kucam , osecam kako mi slova na ekranu podrhtavaju.
Ponekad pomislim da ste nestvarni, kao magija, dok glasom osvajate moj sluh a postojanjem plenite moje oci. Vi ste otelotvorenje i to je realno.
Medjutim, obracam se Vama jer hteo sam devojci pokloniti ogrlicu, kao sto Vi imate ali, prosto je nemoguce, naci takvu istu. Zato, ako bi ste mi zeleli reci gde da je nabavim, bio ih Vas duznik.

How’s it going, Tarja? Me, just great! I really, REALLY LOVE your wonderful angelic singing voice!!! It sounds like silk and it’s amazing how you can sing such high notes that are unbelievable to me! When I first heard about you with Nightwish in Spring of 2006, I could not put your albums down! It was hard for me to believe that your music even existed! lol And now I own all of your albums.
I’m from the small town of Coweta, Oklahoma in the United States and was getting bored and tired of listening to the same old repetitive, nostalgic hard rock, alternative rock, rap, and country music that’s so popular here. I’ve always liked Metallica and Disturbed, but I love your music and your contributions/collaborations with Nightwish so much more!
You blew me away because you’ve really touched my ear for music in a way that no other band can do. You have the finest operatic singing voice I have ever heard! When I think of metal and the best/top greatest band in the world, I think of Nightwish, and when I think of female singers, I definitely think of you immediately above all the other women!
No one, not even Annette Olzen can replace you in Nightwish. It’s just not the same without you! 
You and Nightwish were the true family that put your talents to your very best together! Besides that, I love your new band and to me personally, you carry on the classic Nightwish without your brothers. I think of you and the old Nightwish as the ONLY revolutionary band in History and I mean it!!! Plus, I think that your very stunningly beautiful on top of all that! I will keep buying your music Always 
P.S- I gotta get going, but I was wondering if there was a way for me to get your autograph on a photo or poster of you? I would really appreciate it!!! That would make my day!

Also, I’m pretty awful at pitching female lows. I pitched the low sung note in Ciaran’s Well as A2 initially, but knew that couldn’t be right. She herself has claimed her lowest recordeed note has been E3 (don’t remember where), but I doubt she would include spoken passages.
