Hi from Belgrade!
Tour has been a wonderful success so far. Everything has worked out fine and the band sounds very tight.
I think tighter than ever before. The band and crewmembers is a well-synchronised machine and as a good team, small changes we might have are not affecting the general balance.
Is a great achievement to have a group of people that can truly smile on stage (without acting it) while performing 
We are all having fun on stage and off stage!
As you might know, I have a new bass player with me on this tour, Oliver. We are happy to have him on board with us. I guess the lucky stars are still following me, because I’ve had so much luck to have these kind of great and supporting people to work with me.

This is also a good opportunity to send a big hug to Doug and Kiko. We all miss them 
Everything started in Belgium where it was an honour to headline the Metal Female Voices Festival. There were many people coming to tell me after the show that they’ve enjoyed my concert very much. It was nice to hear that. Even though it was the beginning of this tour, everything seemed to happen as wished.
We already left behind Luxemburg, two shows in Czech and two shows in Slovakia.
It’s very nice to feel that as eastern as we travel, people show their feelings towards the artists more openly 
That’s just amazing. It reminds us a lot from the South American tour we recently did.
From the next seven cities we will perform, I only have the pleasure to know one, Moscow. So I’m heading to new places where it feels incredible good to be able to explore them.
Tomorrow we will perform for the first time in Belgrade, Serbia. And the show has been Sold Out for few days already!

Anyways, I had a great time the last week. Aalst, Wieze and Luxembourg. It was amazing. I would do it all over again. Every moment was worth all the waiting and the traveling.
The new purple dress is wonderful by the way and I like “enough” even more then before.

i’m glad to hear that you will be touring again in america!!! good luck with the shows that have left, with your new album and tour! the unbelievable thing is that almost 6 hours before your new tour has been announced i predicted wich cities you would choose visit for the next tour! i was sure that the tour would be in america and i was sure the cities would be; los angeles, new york, chicago, toronto and montreal! later on when i visited your website i saw you chose those cities plus san fransisco! yesterday i had a discasion with my parents about going to montreal at my uncle’s house and go to your concert but i can’t because of school
it would be better if you could go during summer but it’s ok! i still hope for another gig in athens!

Thank you very much for this new blog! I was already longing for it for I wondered so much how you liked the European shows after having had such a great south-american tour.
You confirmed my impression that the eastern countries are also very passionate and show you their love. It seemed so in the videos in the net. I wish that we westerners will also soon be able to show you our feelings. But we are another culture. You see, if we are very quiet during a song that does not meen, that we are not liking it. The difference is the case: we’re just listening to the song deeply and enjoying it. We don’t want to disturb the singers and musicians mood while shouting or clapping too early
At least that was the case I felt, when you sang “Oasis” in Luxembourg. People around me were very much enjoying it.
I am happy that your tour works well! I could see on the concert that the band and you worked very good together. I am glad for that.
Wish you a very good following tour with great, heartwarming and interesting experiences in beautiful countries!

My dear Tarja,
it was worthful to travel by car from Italy to Bratislava to see your performance, bringing there new people seeing you for their first time…and they enjoied sooooo much!! I am simply proud about what you are doing…and happy that you feel better and better….
The show was amazing (but that’s nothing unespected when you are on the stage eh eh…), “the wishmaster” sounded perfect, even better than in the past!! Enough is a good appetizer for the new album..I can’t wait….

Què gusto saber que todo va bien!
Tuve ya la oportunidad de ver videos y fotos del MFVF!
Y te luciste, con tantas bandas buenas ese dìa, pero definitivamente, fuiste la mejor
Ademàs de que los nuevos trajes son preciosos!
Adoro que estès usando el color morado ^^.

I’m more than happy for your new successful tour in Europe! And of course i wish you the best for your future American wanderings!
Just one thing: may you make clear on some of your official pages on the net what’s really coming next? An ep on the 1st of December with just The Seer re-recorded with Doro and then only remixes and live tracks seems a bit poor to me. What about Enough? I thought it should have been on that ep, too.
And the songs you’ve aòready mentioned on the blog (i’m dying waiting for your performance of Wisdom of the Wind!), will they end up being on the new album, on the ep, on a vinyl extra-limited to 31 copies hand-numbered with golden sleeves and lyrics printed on silver or are you planning to release a split with darkthrone, ennio morricone and judas priest?!?
Apart from jokes, i hope to know something more official soon!

thank you so much for coming to Belgrade. I realise that you probably didn’t know what to expect from your first visit here, but i hope that the love for you and the passion for your songs we have showed you came as a pleasant surprise. Fueled by shear desire, the concert was more than a success! Not only that the crowd responded to your every move and word, but the songs you performed (2 of them for the first time) were not enough to satisfy the hunger of the fans. Even after the words “we want more” and the 2 more songs you rewarded us with, the spectacle could not seem to end. The excitement and the crowd shouting “Tarja, Tarja…” was only a peek into the hearts and souls of true fans, even in this little country. Our hearts we gave you, our tears we shed for you, our voices screamed for you, our hands we held out for you.
We will await your return, for you are our lost Northern Star! until then, may you be blessed with luck, love, happiness and most importantly, health!
Thank you once more for gracing us with your presence here and providing us the moments most important in our lives. We love you!

I’ve never felt so angry on myself because of myself.I was just wasting my whole life. This was my first Concert .I can’t belive that something as usuall as concert can change my life. Songs I’ve already heard hundereds of times and your voice too isn’t something I’ve never heard before so…i Don’t know why ,but now I think I can understand the true meaning of some songs you sing.
Song Die alive just woke me up and now I’m trying to do my best whatever I do .And I think this song is really the best I love to play it on violin(I w’ll be more happy if I could sing it but I’cant sing even a 4 tones)
Now every song by you makes me cry but kinda SO HAPPY that every day

I am very happy to can say: “see you in Düsseldorf!”
Even if you’re just singing maybe one song with Doro it will be worth going there to see and hear you! I have seen you in Luxembourg and I am already missing you! You have such a great aura on stage! And one can see that you and the band are really having fun with what you’re doing. I love it!
By the way: how could you survive such damn cold winters in Finland? I am already freezing so much here in Germany and am already missing the sun! Hope you’ll bring sun to us in December

You’re my inspiration! Since I’ve seen you live I am even more enthusiastic about you than before. I listen to your music every day and I watch the videos of all your concerts during your tour.
In fact you’re one of the people who make my life worth living and who give me a reason to stand up in the mornings. Your music helped me coming through a rather dark time. It was like a spoonful of sugar in a very bitter cup of coffee. For me you and your art are very often the rainbow at the horizon and the light at the end of my life-tunnel.
For there is you I know there is something good and beautiful on earth that gives me hope for the future.

Thank you so much for making my dreams come true again at the Metal Female Voices Festival and in Luxembourg! You were so nice to me again! Everytime I think about it, I get a smile on my face and feel warm inside…
I was sooooo happy when you saw my bear in Luxembourg and especially when I threw it at you and you picked it up!!! I will never forget that moment! You gave me a handkiss and I was just floating! I was so overwhelmed that when I saw that moment on video I realized that the crowd was screaming at that moment just after they saw you picking up that bear! I was so extremely happy!
And ofcourse my scrapbook titled: “My Little Scrapbook” !!! You said to me that you really liked it, and I almost started crying! But you make me so happy that I can’t even cry anymore and that’s a good thing I guess
I must say that you are the sunshine in my life! And you mean the world to me!
I just wish that you will come back in Holland very soon… But first you MUST go to the USA!!! I mean, you haven’t been there since your last Nightwish concert right? It is so great to hear that the promotors can finally bring you to all those fans!!
But please remember me, I will be waiting in that tiny country called Holland! I hope that you will come back soon! We really miss you here too!!! Well, I understand that it’s all up to the promotors….

Dear Tarja,
having seen videos of all your concerts of your storm tour up to now- (yes, I did watch them all, I am crazy
) I decided to chose my favourite(- even if it is not my turn to judge it, I know!!!) There are a lot of great shots there in the net, but I think it is you singing “Enough” in Ostrava that I, personally, love most. You have such a damn strong expression in this song I could watch it again and again. It is just great.
And I am also very impressed by the audience of Sofia. They really knew the text of “enough” and could already accompany you in singing- wow! They seemed very passionate. – Did you really went down to the audience after the concert? It looked like you did. If you did- thanks for being so kind and close to your fans!
Tarja, I am so curious of what YOU are thinking of the past European tour! Please, if you should once have the time- let us know about how the touring was for you and the band this time.
I wish you to have a great time now- inbetween two touring episodes. Hope you’ll have also a bit time to rest- but maybe you’ll have to do a lot of songwriting and recording stuff? I wish you to have also time for your family and friends- and for yourself! Maybe one can first really enjoy privacy if it became seldom. Have a really good time!!!!! I love what you do and what you are!!!

Hi Tarja, excuse but i don’t speak english very well. I’m your fan and i saw you at Gods of Metal in Italy last year. I like progressive music and I had a group with which i could write and play pieces of my favorite music. Few days ago the group disbanded because the other members want to try other genres. Just now I discovered that the keyboarder has used this excuse to form another group from another musical genre. I am very sad about this thing and thought I no longer wished to play the bass. but listening to the songs from my mp3 I have found some of your old songs with Nightwish and your other songs in your solo career and I was excited. I wrote this message to tell you that thanks to your music I came back the urge to play again and I hope to see you again soon in Italy. I don’t know if my English is fair enough to make you understand what I meant, but I wanted to tell you this because I know that you can understand. thanks for your music. Francesco Modenese
