Time to say goodbye for Latin American people
My friends, my beautiful Tormenta en America tour is already over.
Still I would like to share some beautiful moments from the tour with you.
It was great to return to Santiago de Chile. I met many people who had heard me in Noche Escandinava concert in 2002 last time.
The feeling was breathtaking when the curtain dropped in the first song “Boy and the Ghost” and I got to see all the audience screaming and singing right in front of me!
Thank you Chile!
We also filmed a video for the new song called “Enough” in Santiago, day before my concert. The filming took us a complete day and at the moment I am just waiting to see the results. We used only green screen in the shooting, so even though I have experienced that kind of working in my past, now the video is completely based on animated material. So it can end up looking in too many different ways…

I just happened to get very sick in Santiago. The weather was so much cooler than in Brazil and with a lack of sleep, I couldn’t handle it anymore. Since the concert in Chile, I was fighting to get better for the last show in Buenos Aires.
I guess there were some angels helping me, because the day before the concert I was sure we would need to cancel the show.
BUT the concert in Buenos Aires was the best ending for the tour I could have dreamed of. To get a chance to make a concert in my hometown was one thing that I had been waiting for so long.
It felt very special to me to be able to sing, especially in that condition. I got very emotional. What a great thing to remember!
This tour was just an amazing experience for me once again. On my journey through different countries I got to meet lovely Latin American people who gave me so much love, support and hope. I deeply want to thank you all that were there for me. I wish to see you soon again.
My band’s and crew’s support and unconditional care also made me very happy. I love you people!!!!!!! Thank you for making my dream come true.

Day after the last concert, we went with the whole band to the studio to record the song “Enough”. I will sing my parts when I feel better. Anyway, the song sounds already excellent and all the musicians gave their best for the song! You’ll hear it soon 
I guess the record company will announce soon officially everything concerned the song and video. I don’t want to interfere with their work 
Now it is time for me to rest from touring, but I am writing new songs all the time…
Europe can wait another “storm” to appear very soon.

But if seriously I’m very glad you have had such a great success in Latin America! It is so closed, specific, but very large region, with a specific culture, mentality, and not many european-stars can boast the success in this region. But you did it! Of course it was impossible without the support and good work of all members of your band.
I think, your popularity in such different regions indicates that your art goes on a different level at all.
The tickets for your concert in Moscow are already available. I think, for many fans it will be the great chance to enjoy your show in Russia, and to see you live.
Yesterday I saw the playbill of Nightwish concert in this season in Moscow, and there was your photo in it, you imagine?! It seemed they used old image, and it’s a mistake, but many people will go on the concert and wait for Tarja Turunen on the stage
Among the Russian fan community there wandered the idea to make the fan-meeting for a larger group of people than on VIP-dinner, to let the larger audience of fans a chance to see and know Tarja Turunen. Also there is the idea to organize it by community, without “disturbing” the record company

My dearest Tarja,
It’s beautiful to have news, I was expecting an update, actually I’m always waiting for an update hahahaha (Probably I’m the most anxious fan you have
hahaha)
Well what to say … I don’t know how to start and don’t have enough words to express how I felt in the concert being there next to the barriers so close to the stage. Many things happened to me there and I will never forget it, I had to fight to keep me safe and in my place (people were so so excited that the field was almost a war field hahaha) and I was so happy to be there. I was waiting for so long for that day and had so many expectations
… that well WOW!!! while the curtain was dropping I was thinking “and there Tarja comes” like I always thought while I was watching the videos the difference is that in that moment you were there just in front of me 
so I just couldn’t believe it and I still can’t, and when you sang Phantom of the Opera the most emblematic song for me Oh My God!!! What a wonderful voice!!! you are an amazing singer, and Nemo and Whismaster songs that I never thought I would listen sing live by you (I have to confess that I was so so so so so happy that I can’t remember some parts of the show 
hahaha , and now I see the videos that I filmed and think WOW!!! and I ask myself I was there ?? I was so surprised and astonished…
Tarja you shouldn’t say “It’s time to say goodbye for Latin American people” instate you should say “It’s time to say see you soon for Latin American people” it sounds more hopefully and less sadly to us…
I can’t wait to October 3th it will be a very especial day. You are making me wait a lot to meet you it’s like an odyssey hahahaha

Hi my little princess!
The concert in Brazil (SP) was the best of my life, i’ll never forget. You have been incredible, was better than ever.
It was very funny to see the expression on his face in the backstage, when my phone rang and it was the song My Little Phoenix, you made a face, “Oh, I know this music”. I will never forget, are small moments that really worth the penalty much to us, their big fans. Finally, thank you for this show unforgettable, and above .. thank you for that person wonderful you be , we, his fans, we are proud of you every day that passes.
Take care of your health very well, because it is very important. Put your health above all. We, his fans, we want you for many years, because ”
I need you sing for me, always!!”. Has great concerts in Europe.

It was just breathtaking! I still smile when I rememeber that day. Beautiful!
I am the one who gave you the colorful flowers at the signing session. I hope you liked it. I was the one who had the idea first.
Unfortunately, it was awful the way people from the record store treated us. We are your fans and they just did not care about us. There were people that did not respect the queue, getting ahead of others, like me, that were there hours earlier. It was really unfair and they did nothing to stop it.
I just wanted you to know what happened on that day and how your fans were treated by the people from Multisom…so it hurts to see that those “nice” people from the store had the chance to take a picture with you and that this photo is now in your blog. They didn’t even know who you were. But we did and we went through a lot to be there.
I’m sorry. I don’t want to bother you, my dear.
I hope you feel better soon.

Fue algo unico, inolvidable y especial.
Estuve tan cerca que no lo podia Creer…

How’s Maria doing?! I got scared when she fell off stage with Kiko and hit the monitor, but I was so relieved when I saw her back up on the stage, she seemed safe and sound, but I bet she got a couple of bruises as a nice souvenir of her first concert in Buenos Aires, ha ha ha ha!!! I hope she didn’t get too beat up… luckily, the people in the front rows helped her back up! You looked scared, too!!
The concert was amazing, I think I already said this here… but I’ll say again, lol! You and your band were incredible!!!
Will you show us the pictures you took here? I saw you and the kids walking on stage with the camera every now and then, taking pics… we’d sure love to see them!
I hope you’re having a good time resting and working on your next album! We’re eager to know more about it, please keep us posted!

i can’t wait to see new material coming out and i hope that enough will be featured on an ep with also the wonderful the seer, for which i’m still angry about you because you didn’t feature it in the final edition of MWS (lucky albioneers excluded). I know that you need more stuff for an ep, but also a whole special edition of MWS with only one bonus seems a bit useless, so i cross my hands hoping your label(s) won’t behave bad and let us fans discover more of your work, maybe including some outtakes of MWS!

Dear Tarja,
tomorrow I will sing on my closest friends wedding. It is my first time to sing on a marriage and I am very nervous, and practised very hard for it since june. For this now I understand what you meant when you announced that it is a lifestyle to keep your voice in shape.
I had a great teacher, she also ís very gifted and sings with her soul- like you! I wish you could get to know her once. But now I want to thank you for I also learnt so much from you- by watching you, listening to you, singing your songs and also by listenig about what you said about music in your interviews. Two weeks have passed but I’m still hypnotized with the “Tormenta en America” ….
A moment ago I was listening Boy and The Ghost and I couldn’t sing because I was smiling like if a was in front of the stage again hahaha
…. This song has had this effect on my during the last two weeks, I’m smiling in the train or while I’m walking or anywhere else even at my job, with this magic smile and astonished eyes hahahah 
It has been very funny …
Also I recently discovered the song “The seer” which is beautiful I really like the lyrics, it is very deep, I loved it since the first time I listened…

Terve Tarja,
it is done. I’ve sang in church for the first time -for my best friends. It was a very strange but also wonderful experience. And I was nervous like I had touched an electronic fence. But I got a lot of positive input after my songs by the wedding guests, which made me a bit embarrassed but also very happy
Well, I don’t think I would have had so much ambition to try this if I hadn’t been inspired by you. So I have to thank you for this new and exciting experience which you made me to dare this time to sing for other people(I only sang in the cellar before).
I am looking very forward to see you in Luxembourg in Oktober!! I am sure you will have a very big aura, a great voice and you will inspire me once again. Thanks for this!

You filmed a video in my country chile
I was a fan who won to attend the filming of the video but no one ever contacted me to go, nobody told me it was day or what time. That’s why I could not go.
I am sad since that day until today because I lost a great opportunity to meet you, take a picture with you.
No one has given me an explanation of why not contacted me to go that day to see the filming.
I am very sad.

Dear Tarja,
today I saw in a tram that one man hit and kicked another man without reason. I was very shocked. But the good thing was that we were tree to make him stop. A man and a woman also stood up and told him to stop and to leave the train immediately and asked the other man if he needed a doctor. For we were three and too many for the violent man he left the tram.
This was already the second time I experienced thad people showed civil courage and help other people without hesitating.
I just wanted to share with you the good message that there are still people on this planet who help others without asking for a fee.
So there’s still hope for mankind

I’ve been watching the Press Conference you made in Argentina on YouTube, and you said that you’ll return to America once again! That’s great! But, this is the problem: I live SO far away from the places you came here in Mexico, so, I would like to ask, if you I can, if you can play in MEXICALI, BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO. Yes, in the peninsule, near USA, to the south of Los Angeles… It would be great! You could make my dream come true! Because of problems like money, it’s TOO hard to travel for 48 hours in a bus, or to pay a fly…
Mexicali isn’t an strange city, it’s very big, almost like Guadalajara, Tijuana, Monterrey… and a lot of good bands came here like Epica, Visions of Atlantis, Mägo de Oz, Echoes of Eternity, Rata Blanca, Edguy, [Kamelot will play 27 Oct, 2008] just to mention a few….
Please! Please! You’re loved everywhere you go! And Mexico isn’t the exception! There’s a LOT of people here who like to hear you sing! Because you’re AWESOME!!! (L) *o* You’re not just loved in Argentina! jaja You’re loved and beloved here too!!!

Hello Tarja, me llamo alejandra fuentes cunemo,vivo en caracas, y tengo 15 añitos, quiero decirte en esta pequeña carta, cuan importante eres para mi, fui al concierto que presentastes en el centro comercial el sambil en caracas, el 20 de mayo de este año, estuvo excelente, especialmente cuando cantastes “she is my sin” esa cancion es mi preferida, cuando tenia entre los 7 y 8 años de edad empece a tratar de entrenar mi voz, con esa cancion, para cantar como tu… pero lastimosamente no pude, pues prefiero oirte y admirarte, ademas, nadie en este mundo puede cantar mejor que tu!! por eso es que tu gran valentia, tu hermosura, tu voz, y especialmente lo buena persona que eres, te van a llevar muy lejos…sigue asi. Quisiera saber porque no tenen un club de fans de venezuela? te aseguro que seria uno de los blogs de fans mas llenos…jajajaja, bueno espero verte de nuevo muy pronto por aqui en venezuela, y por las playas tambien, te estaremos esperando con los brazos abiertos!!.
