Writing from home
My friends, the tour is happily over. But very soon, we will start next shows in Europe.
There is no time really to relax since I have to keep on rehearsing for them. I will go to make a visit at my vocal coach who is most probably going to “kill” me again. Just kidding, she is just magnificent help and amazingly kind lady.
Mexican show was great and it was nice to see the reaction of the audience when they heard the new songs in our set list. I spoke with many fans and they felt that the show was a lot better than my first visit in Mexico.
As always, I learn new things about myself and from my music through my musical journey and it is very rewarding to hear good feedback from my supporters.
Thank you Mexico! As I said during the show, I hope to see you next time with my new album.
Here is a memory of our visit in DF.
It was also wonderful to make for the first time a show in Venezuela and to see that I have an audience there! I got to meet many fans in the singing session I did in Caracas and the feeling was really overwhelming.
The local promoter got very emotional to see how people were reacting towards me and told me that he had never seen anything like that before. The devotion of the fans was unexpected for him and for some local media. Not for me

The final challenge was to make 4 shows in Buenos Aires. Everything went fine and I was very happy to be able to finish the tour with these shows here. Especially the last two shows in La Trastienda were great, because the audience was seated and they could follow every little details of our show. For me it was nice to see their expressions closer and to feel their love.
I would like to do similar kind of concerts in other countries, but promoters haven’t realised yet that my fans would like it too.

I am sure the band was happy with the tour. Every one of them already flew to different destinations and in couple of weeks we’ll find each other in Budapest where we’ll start rehearsing for the summer shows. Can’t wait to get there!
Next week I will face another challenge when I am performing with local band Rata Blanca in Luna Park stadium. I have to learn few of their songs, which means I am going to sing in Spanish again!!!!! Let’s see how that goes. I am expecting to have a great time with Rata on stage. Was very nice to receive their invitation.

Your concert at Chile was so outstanding that i decided to use my savings in order to see you again (considering that you couldn’t come to chile, so my option was to go to Argentina, so i did!). Wooowww!! it was great, i would have loved to attend to La trastienda, but i coludn’t stay any longer in argentina. Hope you got my letter (i delivered it on monday 25), im sorry if it bothered in any way, it was not my intention

Hola Tarja : queria agradecerte por los cuatro recitales que diste en Buenos Aires por suerte pude ir a todos, los del Teatro fueron una locura y los de La Trastienda simplemente magnificos nunca me imagine poder disfrutar de tu musica tan de cerca, ojala puedas repetir este tipo de recitales cuando presentes tu nuevo album.
El viernes voy a ver a Rata al Luna va a ser impresionante escucharte y verte cantar junto a Barilari seguro va a salir todo bien.

I was there on 23, 24, 26 and 27 … and had the chance to meet many fans who traveled from distant lands to see you in Buenos Aires, they came from Jujuy, Salta, Mendoza, Tucuman, Entre Rios, Santa Fe, Miramar, Mar del Plata, Cordoba, Neuquen and many other places.
The shows at EL TEATRO were great but the shows at la TRASTIENDA were simply AWESOME!!! I hope you can do this kind of concerts again!!

Hi Tarja!! Thanks for the beautiful show in Venezuela! You were SO SO amazing!!!! The best concert I ever seen! I just wanna say that ALL venezuelan fans are sorry, for the horrible behavior of the journalists in the TV SHoW Buenas noches….I hope they had tell you that they do very rude comedia…..you are a goddess and we love you, Forgive Globovision they dont know what they did….so I know they are rude with all people who they interview, but I know that you are not Venezuelan, and maybe you feel bad for that (I hope no)….By the way your Spanish is very beautiful……tu español suena muy lindo….

I’m already greatly looking forward to see you again in Europe.
I see that you have realised that as beloved your slower songs are, the situation of a live concert with people standing around and expecting to rock out and headbang like crazy asks for more uptempo songs.
Your new additions are excellent choices and certainly are guaranteed to make the crowd go wild! And don’t hesitate because the songs are not your property, your personal input to them is has been quite large!
I can also understand why you chose exactly the songs that you did, because they are particularly challenging and you have had trouble with them in the past and felt you couldn’t quite sing them.
You can certainly rely on your teacher (Marta Blanco, right?) to help you getting the hang of the songs.
I understand that you are alluding to the fact that vocal coaches can be quite fussy and are prone to throw their hands up in horror and scold you for supposedly “ruining your voice, girl”! Haha!
The acoustic show looks like an amazing event! It must have been an outstanding and unusually intimate experience
In fact, that’s the solution! Playing two consecutive evenings as a gig, one rock-oriented set for people to get pumped with only few midtempo songs and power ballads for a change of pace, and an acoustic set where you can pull out all those piano ballads and perhaps even the acoustic songs (Lappi, Angels Fall First) from the early days and the demos. Not that we ever get enough of you, but this way you could make all your fans – those preferring the uptempo songs, those preferring the ballads, and those who just love everything you do – even happier!from the early days and the demos.

En especial con el show que diste en Buenos Aires en la trastienda, no sè si serìa del 26 o 27, pero cantaste en español y eso me parece precioso.

Really Tarja your show was just INCREDIBLE, I couldn’t go to your show last year but this one was just AMAZING, really I couldn´t believe it.
WOW your voice is so beautiful but at the same time so powerful, your voice is unique and really you are THE BEST SINGER EVER.
I’ll be there the next time you come here with your next album. I am a little depressed because I couldn´t go to your signing session
I really was very excited about it, but because last minute problems I couldn´t go. But I am hoping that you are going to do another signing session the next time you come, please…. really it would be an honor to have a picture with you.
Because you were the one who inspired me to start classical singing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I would like you to see me singing one day as a way to thank you for the inspiration you gave me to start singing.
